How do we test remote control?

It’s very important to make sure each single controlkey of our remote works, before we ship it out with a TV. So, we always process 100% FULL testing on all the keys of each remote control.

1. We need an IR code testing device (shown below):

2. We prepare the IR code list correspond to our remote control.

3. Press each key of the remote control to the IR receiver tools and check if the code is correct, according to the list.
